Anxiety Disorders

Counseling gives tools as a way to understand that aversion is not the best way to navigate what is taking place. We give a safe place in order to look at and disfuse the anxious events. We learn step by step how to navigate the territory and that there is a way out -

Rather than facing life and situations from a fear based position, we take back the strength to relax and go with the flow of life.

Meditation and Breathwork gives one a grounded place to be able to work from. Mantra gives one a focal point other than the externalized attachment or aversion which is keeping the anxiety in place.

Energy Work also aides in relaxing and releasing (this is available only to those in this area).
