Anxiety Disorders

Energy Work aides in relaxing and releasing - Meditation and Breathwork gives one a grounded place to be able to work from.  Mantra gives one a focal point other than the externalized attachment or aversion which is keeping the anxiety in place.

Counseling gives other tools as a way to understand that aversion is not the best way to navigate what is taking place.  We give a safe place in order to look at and disfuse the anxious events.

We learn step by step how to navigate the territory and that there is a way out -
