Traumatic events do not have to have a strangle hold on your existence.
There IS a way to go beyond them. This will take patience and dedicated
effort, and delving into what one is and more importantly is not.
We may have suffered events - but there is a way to come back to life.
What is taught here is a way to let go of the drama trauma before one gets
to locked into it. How to recognise the pattern and start to release it.
Meditation - relaxing into the moment - find out what is transient versus
what is unchanging. This can be the starting point to unlock the way
back home to finding your Whole center point.
