2. Meditation - Meditation is allowing the mind to still

3. Mantra - this gives you a point of referance to return to
a. changes the focal point from stress talk to a beneficial
vibration.
4. In the moment
a. you can only truly live in the now - learn how to use aides to
remain in the moment.
5. There will be other methodolgies and hints given as to ways to remain in
relaxed awareness - relaxed body - relaxed mind.
