Relaxation

Relaxation is a big part of moving forward - you will be given aides to keep Relaxation
a part of what you are.

1. Breath skills -  you have to breathe to live - now let's make it work for you.
  a. relaxes
  b. centers
  c. allows easier release of cellular memory

2. Meditation - Meditation is allowing the mind to still
    a. closed eye
    b. open eye may be done anywhere.


3. Mantra - this gives you a point of referance to return to
     a.  changes the focal point from stress talk to a beneficial vibration.

4.  In the moment
     a.  you can only truly live in the now - learn how to use aides to remain in the moment.

5.  There will be other methodolgies and hints given as to ways to remain in relaxed awareness -  relaxed body - relaxed mind.
