Living Cure Testimonials
The work at the ashram is heart-centered... we begin with the heart.. soften into life... melt down and rest in it. We may then begin to listen with innocence.. without judgement or expectation. Energy work helps to soften the blocks built up that shuts out what we refuse to see. It is our refusal to see that keeps a part of us dead. It opens us up to addiction, depression and fear, but if we let up on ourselves... allow the fullness of ourselves room to breathe.. things begin to turn around over time.
Namaste: I am 45 years of age and have been a seeker of truth for many years now. Kundalini fully awakened 13 years ago after prolonged sessions of meditation and an intense desire to know God. I had no idea what kundalini was at this time... just was praying to know the truth and be made useful to humanity. I became very ill during this process. No one seemed to understand what I was experiencing or be able to help until I met Swamiji. Symptoms experienced include:
- Nausea
- Vertigo
- Pressure on different parts of the body
- Involuntary body movements or kriyas (mudras=symbolic hand gestures or spontaneous yoga postures)
- Seeing auras, lights, religious visions, shadows and colors
- Consciousness shifts=feelings of expansion and or contraction
- Body image changes=feeling very tall, very large or small
- Feeling all to be self
- Involuntary chanting or singing: usually ancient highly charged spiritual language such as mantras or names of deities such as Mother Kali or Shiva
- Siddhis: healing powers , psychic powers
- Periods where the mind stills or revs up and thoughts are "speedy"
- Vivid, symbolic dreams
- Depression and or anxiety
- Feeling like one is dying or ones world is falling apart
- Floor shaking.. internal trembling or outward shaking
- Memory loss
- Acute sensory perception
This process has shifted dramatically for me under Swamiji's care. These strange and difficult symptoms are much more liveable.. come and go in waves now.. washing away the long held mental conditionings, allowing the gentle flow of life to emerge... slowly dissolving the feeling of me and mine. I am now back to work as a Hospice nurse. Working closely with Swamiji, the healing/energy work has flowed quite naturally. The mind stills automatically while doing the work allowing the energy to take over and do the work needed for each person... connecting what needs to be connected, realeasing what needs to be released.. all the while dissolving the layers that hide the inner truth... the still center that lives in the hearts of all beings. Working as a team with Swamiji, the work is quite light... more like a beautifully orchestrated ballet... all in sync, with no doership in place... no intention need be put anywhere.. it all takes place quite beautifully on its own.
It is my sincere desire to make energy work more available to the general public including the terminally ill as I have witnessed over and over again the immediate easing of suffering. Energy work needs to be "experienced" to be understood which is true of any relationship that has depth. Reading about it does it no justice... it needs to be received and absorbed as the energy flows from heart to heart in the one.
Namaste. Good Health and Happiness to all
